| PROPERTY POLICIES RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a Reservation/Security Deposit of $200 due on the date your reservation is booked. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure as long as the property is left in good conditon. Guests must be 21 years of age to make a reservation.
Check-in: 4:00 pm; Check out: 1:00 pm
Should you need to cancel for any reason, we will apply the following cancellation policy: For cancellations prior to 30 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations 15 - 30 days before arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations 14 days or less before arrival, no monies will be refunded.
PET POLICY:
Sorry, no pets are allowed on property.
DAMAGES TO PROPERTY:
Guests are liable for any damages to our property.
LOST/DAMAGED PROPERTY:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property while staying at our cabins. Also, we cannot be responsible for personal items left inside the cabin.
NOISE POLICY:
Loud noise or any disruptive or inappropriate behavior of any kind is not permitted.
SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking is prohibited on the property.
NO TENTS:
No tents are allowed on the property.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
